Who is responsible

The request form collects your name, company, business email address, optional telephone number and the project information you provide.

Purpose

CWC uses this information only to assess and respond to your request, discuss scope and prepare a proposal. Submitting the form does not add you to a marketing list.

Retention and sharing

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and any resulting business relationship or legal obligation. CWC does not sell your information. Website hosting and email providers may process limited technical or message data as part of providing their services.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, or object to its use, by contacting CWC. You may also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

This website does not currently use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
